The Time of your life





 

 

 

 

People always asked me, “Do you work?” I replied, “Yes and No”. (Curious) Then they asked, “What do you do?” I said, “Lots of stuff, but life is too short, I never have enough time.”

 

Time is precious. Everyone has  24 hours,

but I have less than 24 hours under my control.

WHY?



In hospital, they have their timetable:

08:00 Breakfast, Taking Medicine
08:30-10:30 Toilet, Shower, Dress up
10:30 Regular Check Up
11:00 Physiotherapy (depends)
12:30 Lunch, Taking Medicine
13:30-14:00 Afternoon Nap
14:00-17:00 Visitor, Daydreaming, TV

17:30 Dinner, Taking Medicine
18:30-20:00 TV
20:00 Bedtime
20:30-22:00 TV, rest
22:00 Regular Check Up
23:00 Turning
03:00 Turning



In rehabilitation center, they have their timetable:

07:30 Breakfast, Taking Medicine
08:00-10:00 Toilet, Shower, Dress up
10:00 Regular Check Up
10:30-11:30 Physiotherapy
11:30-12:30 Occupational Therapy
12:30 Lunch, Taking Medicine
13:00-13:30 Afternoon Nap
13:30-14:30 Gymnasium Exercise
14:30-17:00 Computer, Visitor(s)
17:30 Dinner, Taking Medicine
18:00-20:30 TV, Computer
20:30 Bedtime
21:00-22:00 TV, Computer, rest
22:00 Regular Check Up
23:00 Turning



After discharged, there is another timetable:

10:00(10:30)-12:00
                  1 hour Gymnasium Exercise / Physiotherapy + Transportation, or
                  Church Community Group or
                  Nurse Visitation, Tidy up
12:00-13:00 Lunch
13:00-17:00 Afternoon Nap, Project / Computer / Meeting / Outgoing Activity / Workshop / Seminar
16:30-19:00 1 hour Physiotherapy + Transportation
18:00-19:00 Dinner
19:00-21:00 Project / Writing / Visiting Patient / Rest / Workshop / Seminar / Reading
21:00-22:00 Bedtime, Stretch Exercise / FES Bike / Tidy Up

People without disability or health issues may not understand every task in our life takes extra time and preparation.
