4. Accessible Toilets are not “Accessible”(available) because they are for storing cleaning stuffs and equipments. If so, changing the sign rather than misleading people please.

5. Accessible car parks are not “Available” because people misuse them. They said they did not see any disabled people around when they parked their cars. Sorry, the law said “No permit, No parking.” They do not like accessible toilets or priority seats on bus which give priority to people in need. I will report you. You can explain to Council.  

6. Public designs are not Universal Access, eg kerb without ramp, ramps are too steeply. Tight corner without enough room for turning, Steep road without alternative designs.

7. People talk without stopping, especially if I am laying on bed. It happens when I was in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), the night shift nurse talks and laugh very loud in the midnight. If she said it is job required, I want to talk to your manager.
