3 Acupuncture Needles

4) Travelling. My power wheelchair is very heavy compared to manual wheelchair. It is almost 230 kg including me. I don’t have a wheelchair accessible vehicle or taxi voucher. If I like to go somewhere very far without easy public transportation, I have three choices: (1) call an access cab or (2) hire a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Both are costly. For the second option, who can be my driver? The last choice is Stay At Home. You can go and please show me the photos, have fun and enjoy my meals.

5) Old batteries. If your batteries get old, be careful. The batteries can go low or dead suddenly. You may be stucked when crossing the road. If you are lucky, someone can unlock the wheels, and push you on pavement. And then, call RAA? NO, I have checked with them. They can provide services to scooter, but NOT manual wheelchair or power wheelchair. Good luck if you are on long holiday. You may be on newspaper or radio saying “There is traffic jam on XXX road because a wheelchair is stucked.”

6) Acupuncture. Can you imagine a wheelchair with flat wheel? I called it “Acupuncture”. (Please refer to the first paragraph) Don’t ask me why you wheel on the nails. Why don’t you ask the nails get away from my wheelchair if the nails see my wheelchair coming.

My wheelchair is a big object but nails are such tiny objects. Who wins? The nails.

Are there any “nails” in your life bothering you?
