Resilience means simple things

 

If the list above is not easy to follow, try the below one which I learnt from the lady who shared “Resilience”, but I reorder it. In my future posts, I will share my experience how I applied them.

  • Recognising and managing your emotions

  • Self control and staying calm

  • Understanding and acceptance

  • Self esteem

  • Learning from mistakes

  • Avoid or divert problems, or being willing to face and overcome difficulties

  • Problem solving skills

  • Setting realistic goals

  • Social Skills and the ability to seek help

  • Optimistic thinking patterns – you can train them
