I do most of them when I am waiting for getting up, transportation, toilet time, appointments …
- Proactive: Think, Plan, Ask Myself “ Why? What? How? When? Who? Where? …” the problem, vision, mission, goals …
“Efficiency is doing things right; effectiveness is doing the right things.” ~ Peter Drucker

I like this Youtube: The 7 habits of highly effective people by Stephen Covey
Working Stage:
- Focus: No multitasking if I use the same brain or resources. Hiding from people. Switch off / Log off the communication devices or systems

Resting Stage:
- Recharge: Allow myself to have rest, play or celebration after finishing some task(s)
