RESILIENCE

 

To me, the twist in the middle of Infinity symbol represents difficulties, problems or unfavourable situations in life. No one has a problem-free life. One day, I heard a lady sharing “Resilience” which was a new English word to me. Resilience is the ability to cope with unexpected changes and challenges in your life. It’s not always possible to prevent stressful or adverse situations, but you can strengthen your capacity to deal with these challenges.

It is beautiful and powerful. After her sharing, I told this lady I am practicing it every day. And I believe everyone needs to learn and master it from early age as kids throughout the life. It is a continuous process.

In the book of 1 Corinthians 10:13 NIV “No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.”

      This site is about the thoughts of my “Second Life”.       1. I would think every one needs love and care, needs to seek the purpose for life, no mater he/she is religious or not. I feel Terri is not sharing a religion, but her life story. Humbly my personal thought and feeling.
