I chose to launch my blog on 8/8 because I like number 8. The two number 8s look like twins. And the number 8 in the Bible signifies Resurrection and Regeneration . Yes, I have a “second life”. One is for my body. One is for my mind. From 0 to 9, personally I like the number 2 & number 8 since I was a child. I like even numbers. I like the balance. To have number 2, number 1 is already existed. Number 2 is not alone. It has one company. But they are difference. Number 8 is a magic number to me. I like symmetry. I like the round and curve line. (I don’t like corners.) It can be seen as a symbol of infinity ∞ when turning your head 90 degrees. It symbolizes eternity, empowerment, and everlasting love. Same as zero, no beginning and no ending, but there is a twist which makes it outstanding among all single digit numbers. After my serious accident, I am lucky to have a “second life” which means the purpose of my life on this earth had not been finished yet. What would it be? I keep searching and asking in my heart deeply.
Love!! But I’m not religious!
Thank you for reading my first blog and your comment on loving it.
I respect people to have no/different religions and your comments are always welcomed. 🙂
This site is about the thoughts of my “Second Life”. The expression from other resources that touches to my heart will be collected and quoted too, like scriptures from the Bible, idioms, inspiring words from great people, TED talks….I hope these wisdoms can be a glimmer of light shine to your life too.

I would think every one needs love and care, needs to seek the purpose for life, no mater he/she is religious or not. I feel Terri is not sharing a religion, but her life story. Humbly my personal thought and feeling.
Hi Terri, I love you sharing. Your thoughts about numbers are interesting to me. I love your interpretation!
I wish you can find your purpose of life and walk in God’s destiny.
