After a few years, I don’t get AD too often when bladder is super full, but LEAKING as muscle losses up and the liquid find another pathway to escape. When it happens while I am lying on bed, I am “marinated” and my bed becomes a “shadow pool”. My bum, my back and legs are all wet and smell. What can I do? Help! Dry & Wipe my mattress & Shower me please.

I made jokes to my support worker. “Do you like work? Do you like creating work? A little clip is not opened by you at night time, but need to do all the wiping, cleaning and shower work in the morning. And do you like my ammonia smell?”

I prefer leaking as my life is less threatened, but my skin maybe deteriorated. If there is broken skin, I may get infection. It happened in the year 2014/15 and resulted in a plastic surgery operation.
