Terri had Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) resulted from a Motor Vehicle Accident in the Northern Territory in early 2013, while traveling by herself in Australia, during a career break since mid-2012. Since then, I became tetraplegia (also called quadriplegia) with C5 level of injury.
My life is NOT as INDEPENDENT as before. I need assistance from different people in different areas of my life. Purple is the royal color in some countries. My Queendom represents My Life. I am the Queen who manages My Life.
This website is about my “SECOND LIFE” with SCI. I will share my thoughts after the accident and how I manage my disABILITY. The goal is to help people to understand more about the real challenges to people with Spinal Cord Injury.
Another purpose is an update to my friends after my injury.
The expression from other resources that touches to my heart will be collected and quoted too, like scriptures from the Bible, idioms, inspiring words from great people, TED talks … I hope these wisdoms can be a glimmer of light shine to your life too.
